Amendments to the 规则 of the 董事会 on Professional Responsibility

On December 15, 2022, the 董事会 on Professional Responsibility approved amendments to 董事会 规则 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 6.1, 7.17, 11.2, 11.9, 17.4(e)和19.8(e), which were formally promulgated, effective January 19, 2023, by 董事会 order dated December 20, 2022.
